Pandemic Influenza Resources. This page provides resources to answer common questions about individual, organizational, and community roles in preparing for and responding to complex issues posed by any future pandemic.
In the Event of a Current Disaster or Emergency. This page gives a link to large dialysis organization toll-free hotline numbers that evacuating patients may use to locate a place for transient dialysis. Also included here is a link to a CMS-approved national website that tracks the "open/closed" staus of all US facilities. Other resources include information on patient assistance, staffing assistance, transplant information, and access to equipment and supplies.
